One of the things I find it hard to perfect is to bake flawless and uncracked cakes. Most of the cakes I baked would end up cracked at the top. When googled and asked around, I found these tips :
- When mixing cake batter, use paddle attachment
- D not overmix your batter
- Use lowered oven temperature from the ones stated in the recipes
